SHIPPING
All works are wrapped in paper and packaged in cardboard, following industry standards. I ship prints every 15 days, and delivery can take up to two weeks after that.
You'll receive a tracking number once your item ships. All orders ship from my studio in Berlin, Germany.
Customs clearance may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time. If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to me, I'll reach out about reshipping it — a new shipping fee may apply depending on the situation.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Most shipments don't incur extra fees, but when they do, the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Prices don't include VAT for orders outside the EU, so your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with the destination country's laws and regulations.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I don't accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty — in that case, I'll resolve it quickly or issue a refund where applicable. Faulty items will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
I can't offer exchanges at this time, as prints risk damage in transit back to me. To preserve the edition, all sales are final.
